My Approach
During each session, I help you open a divine connection to your Eternal Self—the radiant essence of who you truly are. Through this connection, I receive the most essential insights and initiate the unique healing frequencies your soul is ready to receive in this moment.
Your Eternal Self is the vast, multidimensional blueprint of your being. It holds every facet of your identity—cosmic, galactic, solar, planetary—across all timelines and realities. When we establish a clear and loving connection with this eternal aspect, we begin the divine process of calling back the scattered fragments of your soul, reuniting you with the forgotten stations of your identity.
To be clear—you are the healer. My role is not to fix or rescue, but to illuminate, to offer guidance, and to ask the questions that spark your own inner revelations.
Whether you’re across the planet or in the same room, the space between us dissolves. Energy transcends distance, and together we co-create the most aligned outcome—guided by the sacred principles of Krystic Co-Creation.

My Story
One thing is certain for me; I have Always been committed to the path of healing.
I knew this as a child. I remember being in my first year of school and my teacher asking the class what do you want to be when you grow up? My answer was, I want to be a Nurse. I also knew I wanted to have children; I had a natural affinity for mothering and caring for others even as a child.
My curiosity about how Soul meets Body started as a bodyworker and practitioner of bioenergetics in 1994. Just before the end of my formal schooling in massage therapy, I discovered energy healing, the practice of working with the field of energy in and around the body. I enrolled in a 3-year hands-on energy healing training under the wings of a master healer and teacher at the Living Lessons School of Energy Medicine. I discovered the principles, skills, and techniques of healing science. I developed an extensive understanding of energetic anatomy. Developing High Sense Perception and learning to create health on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
It all informed the next 30 years of my learning and practicing hands-on energy healing, somato-emotional release work and many other related teachings I was attracted to learn next.
By the time I had completed massage school, I was already a mother of three young children, so my interest in birth and especially the energetic aspects of birth and babies expanded. Eventually that deeper interest led me to teaching childbirth and infant massage classes, supporting families as a doula, and eventually midwifery school.
Over all my years of study, I developed three main interests: frequency, sound, and water. Each being a deeply fascinating subject to explore and even more interesting is how does it all pertain to healing and birth?
Much has evolved in the healing sciences over the years, and I have moved way beyond my early education and understanding of the 7 chakra, auric and light body anatomy. I have discovered the hidden, long forgotten aspects of our multidimensional reality and deeper reasons behind our existence that now inform my state of conscious coherence and inner alignment to my Eternal self and God-Source.
